A bit about me...
I'll start with the regular stuff.. Wife & Mum and human slave to an ever growing assortment of furry faces, currently based in Buckinghamshire, UK.
I would describe myself as a "fixer".. I love to be busy and never shy away from an early start or a mammoth task.
My working life has taken me
from pot wash to Boardroom and almost every chair in-between teaching me every job is good job.
My personal life has been filled with experiences to both warm the soul and test the patience of a saint in equal measure, proving that what doesn't kill you most certainly makes the funniest stories.
Life outside of 'the office' is a busy house with a now grown-up, yet still at home family, growing international own business and of course the animals..
I laugh a lot.., (often at completely inappropriate moments), I prefer sport to fashion and have never seen a single episode of Game of Thrones..
Now in my 40's, I have my dry sense of humour and sarcastic tone professionally in check and mostly under control.
My equestrian life began mucking out and getting thrown off unhinged horses on a daily basis whilst helping out on dealing yards and riding schools during school holidays, to more recently competing in affiliated showjumping and even the odd European 3* tour as an owner/groom... This is a life that gifted me an amazing network of incredible people I am lucky enough to call friends.
As with everything in my life I don't do half measures, so in 2017 I began formal studies to gain a more
in-depth understanding of 'The Horse' and qualified an NVQ Equine Nursing
Technician diploma with a Distinction. I plan to continue studying when life and time allows.
